Practical learning
Develop technical understanding through guided application and workplace-aligned practice.
A South African skills-development institution connecting practical learning with employment, enterprise and economic participation.

About Eliashib Academy
Eliashib Academy equips young people with practical, industry-relevant capability for employment, entrepreneurship and meaningful participation in the economy.
The academy was established to help close the distance between education and the realities of work. Its programmes create accessible pathways through which young South Africans can develop technical and entrepreneurial competence relevant to a changing economy.
The focus is broader than preparing people to seek work. Learners are encouraged to build capability, generate income, create businesses and contribute to sustainable development in their communities.

How the academy works
South Africa’s skills and unemployment challenges require collective action. Eliashib Academy works with employers, public institutions, SETAs, education partners and community organisations to connect training with genuine economic opportunity.
